&Hungry Theater.
We turn the classics of Shakespeare into “radio plays” that anyone can understand – from kids to seniors.

Every Lean & Hungry show is brought to life by some of the best-known and hottest young acting talents in the nation’s capital.

Lean & Hungry Theater’s actors read and record the plays in front of a live audience,
with live sound effects and live original music. The recordings are then available as a podcast, Webcast, broadcast, and/or audio CD.

Shakespeare doesn’t have to be boring. Lend us your ears, and we’ll prove it!
